One of the most annoying problems that we constantly see from our clients is that police officers usually never add witness information to their reports.
As you may be aware, this can complicate the matters of deciding the party that truly caused a motorcycle accident, especially if you have a witness that clearly saw the accident.
In this video, we would like to extend some helpful information regarding witness identification and how you can truly help your fellow biker after a wreck.
If you have been involved in a recent motorcycle accident, a lawyer’s job becomes much easier if viable witnesses can be gathered to give an official statement, or if they are included in a police report describing what happened at the scene of the accident.
If none of this takes place, it makes it more difficult to prove your case.
