Bailey Benton is a personal injury trial lawyer here at Spaulding Injury Law: Atlanta Personal Injury & Car Accident Lawyer handling everything from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, premises liability and wrongful death matters in metro-Atlanta and throughout the State of Georgia. Determined to further her legal education, Bailey returned to the United States and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During her time at law school, she was actively involved in various professional organizations such as the Public Interest Law Society, Women Law Students Association, and the Veterans Advocacy Club. In recognition of her excellence, Bailey has been honored as a Lawyer of Distinction for 2025.

Throughout her legal education, Bailey gained practical experience as a law clerk for a personal injury firm specializing in complex litigation and maritime law. She also competed in legal competitions such as the Transactional Practice and Contract Negotiation Internal Competition.
