Born in Destrehan, Louisiana, Bailey has proudly called Cumming, Georgia her home since 2008.
Before embarking on her legal career, Bailey distinguished herself academically, graduating magna cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Bailey then moved to Glasgow, Scotland, where she pursued and obtained a Master’s degree in Transnational Crime, Justice, and Security at the University of Glasgow.
Determined to further her legal education, Bailey returned to the United States and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During her time at law school, she was actively involved in various professional organizations such as the Public Interest Law Society, Women Law Students Association, and the Veterans Advocacy Club.
Throughout her legal education, Bailey gained practical experience as a law clerk for a personal injury firm specializing in complex litigation and maritime law. She also competed in legal competitions such as the Transactional Practice and Contract Negotiation Internal Competition.
