Maggie Spaulding is the co-founder and one of the managing partners at Spaulding Injury Law. Along with her husband, she works with the Firm’s clients to help injury victims and their families recover just compensation for their losses. Maggie has practiced law for over 20 years and has been entrusted by several judges to act as a Guardian Ad Litem in various Probate Courts. Maggie has gained a reputation in North Georgia’s legal community as a go-to attorney for various probate-related matters.
Maggie has transitioned her background as a probate, estate, and trust attorney into helping Spaulding’s trial attorneys with wrongful death cases, settlements for minors, and other catastrophic injury cases involving incapacitation as they work through the Probate Court system to ensure timely justice for the Firm’s clients. Her expertise in these areas is a valuable asset to Spaulding’s clients.
Before founding Spaulding Injury Law with her husband, Maggie worked for over a decade for a large North Georgia law firm handling wills, trusts, estates, and Probate litigation matters. She is a past member and President of the North Forsyth Rotary Club and a member of the Forsyth County Bar Association.
Maggie graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in International Finance and a minor in Spanish. From there she received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Georgia State College of Law. The Spaulding family has called Forsyth County home since 2006, currently raising four children.
