Meet Paisley Berlin

Paisley works here at Spaulding Injury Law as one of its Senior Paralegals. In this role, she is responsible for working with our accident trial lawyers as lawsuits are filed and cases work through the litigation process heading to trial. This includes ensuring clients understand what to expect during the litigation process and as their case heads to trial. Paisley works with our attorneys to ensure each case is built in such a way as to maximize the effectiveness of the evidence to obtain the best result possible for every client.

Paisley has worked at Spaulding Injury Law: Atlanta Personal Injury & Car Accident Lawyer for several years, specializing in both litigation and pre-litigation injury cases. She came to the Firm from a large personal injury law firm where she gained valuable experience helping injury victims obtain justice. She started with Spaulding Injury Law: Atlanta Personal Injury & Car Accident Lawyer as a pre-litigation legal assistant helping the Firm’s pre-litigation paralegals work with clients on their cases from inception through to settlement or the filing of a lawsuit. She quickly showed promise and was promoted to the role of one of the Firm’s pre-litigation paralegals. Paisley continues to work hard for the Firm’s clients as one of the Firm’s senior paralegals.

Paisley obtained her Associate’s degree in paralegal studies in 2019. She is working towards her dream of becoming an attorney by finishing her undergraduate degree in pre-law as a part-time student at Mercer University. Paisley is a native of South Forsyth County, living with her husband and son.
